- RG213 and RG214 are coaxial cables used for high-frequency signal transmissions. Both of these coax cables are designed for use in telecommunications, radio communications, broadcast, and computer applications.
- Marine VHF applications require 50-ohm coax. TV cable is 75 ohm and is not suitable. Suitable cables include RG-58 (smallest), RG-8X, RG-8U, and RG213.
- RG-213 is a very flexible, low-loss coax cable which is ideal for HAM Radio HF and CB use. It is suitable for mobile applications, and it can also be used around a rotator.
