At iPrece, we recognize the highly sensitive nature of corporate engineering data and procurement information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and securing your data in accordance with international data protection standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your information across our entire RF component marketplace and custom engineering configurators.
1. Information We Collect
When you interact with the iPrece platform, we may collect and process the following categories of data:
- •Corporate Identity & Contact Data: Name, corporate email address, phone number, company name, billing and shipping addresses, and VAT/Tax ID numbers required for B2B transactions.
- •Engineering & Configuration Data: Technical specifications, RF component combinations, dynamic Part Numbers (Micro-PNs), and customized cable designs generated through our Cable Builder tool.
- •Technical & Analytical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and interaction metrics (User Flow) designed to optimize our RF component database based on engineering search intent.
2. How We Use Your Information
We strictly utilize the collected data for operational, technical, and commercial fulfillment purposes:
- ✓To process, manufacture, and dispatch your standard RF components, antennas, adapters, and Custom Cable Assemblies.
- ✓To generate, render, and distribute dynamic engineering quotes, technical datasheets, and PDFs based on your specific component configurations.
- ✓To manage and track URL State Management parameters (e.g.,
?config=...) ensuring seamless link-sharing between your engineering and procurement departments without creating redundant web pages. - ✓To communicate essential updates regarding order status, technical inquiries, and account security.
3. Information Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures
iPrece does not sell, rent, or trade your corporate or engineering data to advertising agencies. Your information is shared strictly with authorized third parties required to execute your order:

4. Cookies, Session State, and URL Management
The iPrece Configurator relies on sophisticated client-side architecture to function without generating redundant server-side databases. To facilitate this, we use:
- •Essential Cookies & Local Storage: Required to retain your complex RF assembly configurations across multiple page loads and to manage your shopping cart session securely.
- •Analytical Cookies: Utilized anonymously to monitor system performance and UI bottlenecks. Users can manage or disable analytical cookies through their browser settings.
5. Data Security and Retention
We deploy enterprise-grade cryptographic protocols (SSL/TLS encryption) to secure data transmission. User data, order history, and generated Micro-PNs are stored on secure servers with restricted access. We retain corporate data and order histories for as long as necessary to comply with international accounting, tax, and legal obligations, typically for a minimum of 7 years.
