Terms and Conditions of Use

Last Updated: June 2026

Welcome to iPrece. By accessing our website, utilizing our custom configurators, or purchasing our products, you ("User", "Customer", or "Buyer") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order or utilizing our engineering tools.

1. Scope of Operations

iPrece operates as a specialized B2B supplier and manufacturer of high-reliability engineering solutions. Our inventory and services encompass the entire spectrum of Radio Frequency (RF) components, microwave hardware, adapters, raw coaxial cables, antennas, and specialized Custom Cable Assemblies. The terms herein govern the sale and engineering configuration of all such hardware and services provided under the iPrece brand.

2. B2B Quotations and Price Validity

Due to the volatility of raw material markets, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes provided by iPrece are therefore time-sensitive. The specific validity period for each Quote, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days, will be explicitly stated on the Quote document itself. An order is considered confirmed and binding only upon iPrece’s formal written acceptance or receipt of payment for the full quoted amount before the expiration date.

3. Custom Cable Assemblies and Custom-Made RF Products

iPrece provides advanced engineering tools (Configurators) enabling Buyers to design highly specific cable assemblies and tailored RF components. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, the following strict terms apply:

⚠️

Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR)

Once a custom order transitions to the "In Production" phase, it is generally non-cancellable and non-refundable. Custom RF assemblies are manufactured precisely to the length, orientation (clocking), and component configuration specified by your generated Part Number (Micro-PN). Returns or exchanges are not permitted unless the delivered product deviates physically or electrically from the specifications confirmed in the final Purchase Order, or exhibits a Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) manufacturing defect.

Exceptions and Negotiation: In exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests for custom items may be open to negotiation. At its sole discretion, iPrece may attempt to resell the custom-manufactured items on the Customer's behalf, remitting the recovered funds to the Customer minus applicable administrative fees and our standard profit margins.

4. Engineering Disclaimer and Dynamic Datasheets

iPrece generates dynamic theoretical datasheets (incorporating estimated parameters such as Insertion Loss, VSWR, power handling, and thermal limits) based on mathematical algorithms and factory baseline data. These simulated datasheets are provided strictly for preliminary engineering guidance.

  • No Liability for Critical Systems: Unless specialized, paid laboratory testing (e.g., PIM testing, phase-matching, sweep testing) is explicitly ordered and certified by iPrece, we accept no liability for the real-world performance of these components in mission-critical, aerospace, military, life-support, or medical infrastructure.
  • Final validation of RF system compatibility and safety compliance rests entirely with the Buyer's engineering team.

5. Standard RF Components Warranty and Returns (RMA)

For standard, off-the-shelf RF components (e.g., loose connectors, adapters, raw spooled cables), iPrece provides a warranty against manufacturing defects. If a standard product is found to be defective, the Buyer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in writing within 30 days from the date of delivery by iPrece to the Buyer or the Buyer’s designated carrier/forwarder. iPrece is under no obligation to accept returns of non-defective standard items. Any such return is at the sole discretion of iPrece and requires prior written approval. If a return for non-defective items is approved, the items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. All approved returns for non-defective items will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the item’s purchase price.

6. Shipping, International Duties, and Tariffs

iPrece facilitates global shipping. All international orders are processed under Incoterms® 2020 EXW (Ex Works) or DAP (Delivered at Place), depending on the selected courier agreement.

  • The Buyer assumes absolute responsibility for all import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), customs tariffs, and local regulatory clearance fees in the destination country.
  • iPrece is not liable for shipment delays resulting from international customs inspections or documentation holds.

7. Intellectual Property

All site architecture, custom Configurator logic, dynamic Micro-PN generation algorithms, text, graphics, and proprietary database matrices are the intellectual property of iPrece. Unauthorized scraping, replication of our RF database, or commercial duplication of our Cable Builder interface is strictly prohibited.
